We stand behind the quality of our educational programmes and coaching services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee.
2. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 7 calendar days of your purchase. This applies to all paid programmes, coaching packages, and resource library access.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email us at info@lifeiogloweu.world with your order details and reason for the refund request. Include your name, email, and purchase confirmation.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and approve your refund request, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the credit.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds apply to purchased programmes and coaching. However, discounted or promotional offers may have separate terms. Contact us if you purchased with a special offer.
6. Cancellation Policy
Coaching Sessions: Cancel up to 48 hours before a scheduled session for a credit toward a future session. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Group Programmes: Cancellations within 3 days of the start date are non-refundable.
7. What Happens After a Refund
After a refund is processed, your access to paid materials, programmes, or coaching will be disabled. You will not have access to downloadable files or future sessions.
8. Exceptions
Refunds may not be available if: (1) you've completed the majority of a programme or coaching series, (2) you've downloaded and used all or most of the materials, or (3) you request a refund after the 7-day window. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
